For some of the pieces, I created the sketch first, then the painting (which is the normal order of things)
For the others, I made the sketch after the painting was started, which helped me find the shapes and shadows I missed by not doing the sketch beforehand.
I also finished the sketches as the paintings were almost done, because the paintings also helped me find things I missed while drawing, they help finish each other.
My personal favorite is Moody Charmira. The sketch is pencil, pastel and ink. The painting is oil.
I really liked how the watercolor version looked without a face.
